Domain of Cause

Between Quercy and Périgord, on the tourist route of the famous Château de Bonaguil but also a stone's throw from the famous Château Lamartine, the Domaine de Cause reveals its terroir. The vines are planted all around the estate, on rounded ridges, hillsides, with slopes that are sometimes steep and, above all, multiple exposures. However, this great diversity of situations, soils and subsoils makes it possible to produce a wide range of wines, knowing that beyond the presence of iron oxide, we can find quartz sands and non-calcareous sands, grezes.
