Description of the wine
- One of the highest altitude areas in Languedoc Roussillon, with a unique landscape, facing the snow-capped mountains of the Pyrenees.
- The originality of the cultivation of this rare grape variety in Languedoc Roussillon
- Identifiable by the nose (aromas of flowers, lychee), this 100% Gëwurztraminer is expressive and intense.
- The estate has been cultivated using Demeter-certified biodynamic agriculture since the 2018 vintage.

Vinification and aging
The vineyard is dense, between 5,000 and 6,000 vines per hectare, which allows for control of vigor and thus to produce a wine of exceptional quality. The juice is immediately extracted by delicate pneumatic pressing, which guarantees a superior quality of the musts. After settling, alcoholic fermentation is carried out. The wine is aged on fine lees and part is placed in oak barrels.
Tasting note
Crystalline yellow color. Very expressive nose and
complex: floral notes (rose), opening with
hints of lychee, acacia and apricot. Palate
fresh, mineral, clear and sweet. Finish reminiscent of
citrus and cloves.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
