Sold in cases of six 150 cl magnums, it has a pale colour with grey hues, aromas of red berries and a slight spritz. 12.5% ABV; serve between 10 and 12 °C.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. Every stage of handling takes place under carbon dioxide to preserve the Grenache aromas until fermentation at a low temperature (15 to 18 °C). The wine is then aged on fine lees for several weeks before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVery pale pink colour with grey and white hues. Aromas of red berries on the nose. On the palate, a slight spritz brings freshness and enhances the fruit.
