Description of the wine
The first traces of the Occitan language date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La passion de Clermont". It later became an Occitan language, of European culture conveyed by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.
Vinification and aging
Sauvignon is a very early grape variety that requires a precise harvest date, determined by tasting the berries before the harvest, to obtain all the intensity typical of the grape variety. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Upon arrival at the winery, the berries are gently pressed. Part of the wine is vinified and then aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for around 4 months, while the rest is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats at low temperature in order to preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Finally, after a light fining, bottling takes place early in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.
Tasting note
To the eye, its pale yellow hue evokes freshness. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, lime and a touch of grapefruit. On the palate, the combination of juicy tropical fruits and citrus notes is balanced by a fat and round texture, offering a full and satisfying mouthfeel. The lingering finish leaves an imprint of elegance and freshness.

Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
