The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Traditional maceration and carefully controlled ageing preserve the fruit and soften the tannins.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

The wine is dark red. The nose reveals an intense, complex bouquet with notes of blackcurrant, liquorice and peppery cocoa. The palate is rich and intense, with pure, complex flavours of dark fruit and fresh spices. The finish is long and smooth.
