The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Direct pressing and low-temperature vinification preserve freshness and delicacy.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

A rosé with a distinctive character and a very pale pink colour, with hints of grey and white. Enticing aromas of red berries mingle on the nose. On the palate, a slight spritz gives the wine its freshness and brings out the fruit. The elegant finish develops a fresh, mineral note.
