The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes, plot-by-plot vinification and barrel ageing to refine the structure.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

The wine has a beautiful, intense and bright garnet colour. The nose reveals a complex bouquet in which blackberry, blueberry and cherry mingle with pleasant notes of liquorice and undergrowth. The first sip is full, smooth and supple. Noticeable yet rounded and well-integrated, the tannins support delicate aromas of red and black berries. The finish lingers with subtle woody notes.
