The winemaking expertise

Winemaking

Plot-by-plot vinification and barrel ageing reveal the power and elegance of the old vines.

The tasting

I observe the colour, swirl my wine, smell the bouquet, then taste: the four steps in your tasting journal.

The tasting

Tasting notes

The colour is rich and sumptuous. The complex nose offers notes of jammy fruit, sweet spices, leather and coffee. The palate is round and soft, with lovely fruit framed by fine-grained tannins. A balanced wine with good ageing potential.
