Wine description

Best enjoyed with grilled red meats, Mediterranean dishes and aged cheeses. Decant and serve at 17°C.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand with a double sorting system, in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification is adapted to each grape variety. The Carignan and Syrah are vinified as whole grapes using the carbonic maceration method (lasting 10 to 18 days). The Grenache and Mourvèdre are vinified by traditional maceration after destemming (lasting 15 to 20 days). The wine is then placed in barrels for 12 months in our Gasparet cellar.
Tasting note
The colour is rich and sumptuous. It is aromatically complex with notes of jammy fruits, gentle spices, leather and coffee.
The palate is round and smooth with beautiful fruits framed by fine-grained tannins. With such balance, this is a wine with good ageing potential.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
