Tasting gift set

How long do the bottles keep?

We use a multi-patented technology to transfer the wine from bottles to small bottles, without contact with air, thus allowing the flasks to be kept perfectly for a long time, though we recommend opening them within the following months.

Wine without a cork stopper?

According to numerous scientific studies, the aluminium screw caps used on these glass bottles are more effective than cork stoppers for preserving wine, thanks to their consistent porosity, allowing storage in any position with no risk of cork taint!

How many glasses are in a bottle?

Each bottle has a capacity of 100ml, which is two tasting glasses. Indeed, the optimal tasting quantity is 50ml in a professional INAO glass.

Delivery

Where do you deliver this gift set?

We deliver throughout Europe. Delivery costs depend on the location and delivery method chosen. You benefit from free delivery in France from €150 and throughout the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom from €300 of purchases via collection point delivery. Taxes and customs fees are not included.

When will this gift set be delivered?

When a gift set is offered for pre-order, it is because it is not yet available for dispatch. We therefore need a certain amount of time to make it available to carriers, so the dispatch date shown on the product page is indicative only.

We do everything we can to dispatch it as soon as possible; even if there may be a delay of a few days between the predicted dispatch date and the actual date, we use delivery services with an express transit time of 1 to 2 days for home delivery and up to 5 days for collection point delivery.

How do I track my parcel?

When your parcel is dispatched, we send you a confirmation by email or SMS to ensure you receive it. It is in this dispatch confirmation that you will find the link allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

What should I do if I have not received my parcel?

Our parcels do not fit in letterboxes. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier should normally leave a delivery notice. This notice indicates when the carrier will attempt redelivery, or where the parcel will be left.
It sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a delivery notice. In that case, we recommend checking the status of your delivery regularly using the parcel tracking number sent to you in the delivery tracking email or SMS.

If your parcel is shown as Delivered but you have not received it, please check with your concierge or neighbours to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If your parcel is shown as Returned to sender, please contact our customer service team.
