Below you will find some frequently asked questions from our customers regarding our offering and our wines.
Orders and Payment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
As soon as your order is dispatched, your invoice will be sent to the email address used for the order. You can also contact us at contact@gerard-bertrand.com for any further requests.
Subscriptions and Benefits
Earn points with every purchase and convert them into discounts or exclusive experiences. Joining the Club is free by creating an account on our website.
Discounts, early access to limited cuvées, invitations to private events. Your benefits are visible in your customer account.
Yes, by choosing the delivery address of the person you wish to give the subscription to.
Go to your customer account. You can suspend or cancel at any time, free of charge.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Delivery
Even though all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We deliver to France, Guadeloupe and the majority of European countries. Please check the delivery options at the time of payment.

About our wines
We grow Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, Viognier... Among others, using biodynamic methods, in respect of each terroir. You can find out more about each wine directly by asking our online sommelier on each product page.

Wine tourism
The tasting shop at Château l'Hospitalet is open every day from 9am to 7pm (until 8pm in summer). Our other estates do not have staff to welcome the public.
