Tasting notes

Clear and bright, the wine is pale yellow with green highlights. Its aromas are highly characteristic of Clairette: floral and yellow-fruit notes (pineapple, exotic fruit and citrus) when young, followed over time by mineral and dried-fruit notes, sometimes with a hint of honey. The first sip is refreshing and easy-drinking, with a smooth, flavoursome mid-palate.
