This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Mediterranean Art de Vivre. The soil, highly varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils, and also gravel brought by the rivers of the Languedoc. The climate, warm and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant"), promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while retaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures. Its bottle features a unique rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the École Boulle. This is a wine that gives itself like a bouquet of roses!
