What sets Cote des Roses apart is, first and foremost, its bottle: the base forms the shape of a rose. It was created by a young designer from the École Boulle. The range takes its name from the coastline near the village of Gruissan, on the Languedoc coast.

How is Cote des Roses rosé made?

The grape varieties are harvested separately, each at optimal ripeness. The grapes are destemmed, chilled to 8 °C and then pressed; only the first-press juice is kept. Fermentation takes between 15 and more than 30 days. The wine is bottled early to preserve its fruit character. The Art Edition follows a different method: early-morning hand harvesting, saignée rosé, some vinified in barrels and no malolactic fermentation. Discover all our rosé wines.

Whites, reds and sparkling wine: the range beyond rosé

• Chardonnay: some is vinified and aged for around 4 months in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels; the rest in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
• Sauvignon Blanc: harvested at night; around 10% of the wine is vinified in French barrels for around 5 months.
• Light Red: a short maceration of 3 to 5 days, followed by three months of ageing in tanks.
• Pinot Noir: macerated for 10 to 15 days, with some aged in 225-litre barrels.
