A place of communion with nature, domaine de Cigalus resonates as a natural truth in the history of Gérard Bertrand wines.
It is here, on the preserved terroir of Fontfroide, that biodynamics took its first steps. Guided by the stars and fuelled by passion, domaine de Cigalus has given birth to exceptional wines, produced in both red and white.
On the red side, 7 unique grape varieties (including Syrah and Carignan) balance a triptych of fruit, spice, and acidity. Cigalus blanc (Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc) offers a striking ageing potential recognised worldwide, imbued with lavender, pink grapefruit, and gunflint.
Raised off the beaten track, these grand crus of atypical character are the promise of an unrivalled flavour: that of freedom.

J’ai eu la chance de gouté le CIGALUS BLANC, c’est une merveille
Je ne bois que des vins biodynamie et le plus souvent sans sulfite, depuis 15ans, et c’est un bonheur que d’avoir pu découvrir ce merveilleux vin CIGALUS BLanc.
J’espère que je pourrais le gouté en rouge.
