Beautiful deep colour with garnet highlights, hinting at a dense and vinous wine.

The nose gradually develops with aeration, on notes of expressive fruits (blackberry, morello cherry,…), pepper, cloves, garrigue scents, and ageing notes (toasted, smoky).

On the palate it is the velvety texture that first delights the palate, followed by a refreshing minerality.
