Located in the heart of the Languedoc in the South of France, Clos du Temple is born on the historic terroir of Cabrières, the cradle of rosé wines.
The terroir owes its uniqueness to its geological genesis.
The contact between schist, limestone, and the hilly relief is the origin of a complex underground water circulation network, fostering an exceptional natural water supply for the vineyard, and the emergence of a spring of great purity.
Its altitude of 150 metres combined with its south – south-west exposure contribute to the creation of a perfectly balanced wine of great aromatic freshness. At Clos du Temple, we have decided to cultivate the vines using Biodynamics and to use the horse and mule in order to foster the connection between the mineral, the vegetal, the animal and the human.
