Delicate almond aromas lead to a ripe palate with a glycerol texture, waxy white flowers, almond butter and sweet, nutty pears. The crisp acidity from the limestone terroir and green apple aromas give a good, crunchy length. The minerality reveals a lingering finish of salted almonds, oak and white pepper.
