this year again, Château l'Hospitalet, the beating heart of the Mediterranean art de vivre and biodynamics, invites you to celebrate the onset of winter at its prestigious Fête de la Taille, on Saturday 7 December.

Established for more than 15 years, this tradition celebrates a key moment in the viticultural year: the pruning of the vines. In the heart of winter, the winemakers sculpt with precision and expertise the potential of future great vintages, in keeping with natural cycles and biodynamic practices.

La Fête de la Taille promises you an immersive evening to discover the art of wine in a festive and memorable atmosphere.

On the programme for this evening designed to delight all your senses: 

• Masterclass " Le Vin Multimensionnel ": Gérard Bertrand will introduce guests to a tasting of his greatest wines, unveiling the nuances and depth of the Languedoc terroirs.
• Induction ceremony of the new knights of the Confrérie de l'Art de Vivre, honouring those who share the values of excellence, sharing and respect for nature.
• Gastronomic gala dinner: Crafted by Chef Laurent Chabert around the Melanosporum black truffle, this meal celebrates the flavours of winter in perfect harmony with the estate's iconic wines.
• Dancing after-party hosted by the Hospitalet Groove Band, extending this celebration in a musical and festive setting.
