The Bertrand family

Héritage: when wine and its terroir tell a story
Terroirs are living encyclopaedias of a region's history. The Languedoc-Roussillon, with its rich and varied history, gives each of its wines its own distinctive characteristics. Gérard Bertrand thus wished to create a collection bringing together one cuvée per terroir, in order to reveal the memory of the Languedoc region.
Héritage "An 1189" Pic Saint Loup 2018
Considered the "Sainte-Victoire" of the Languedoc, the Pic Saint-Loup is a legendary mountain and terroir. This sculptural and majestic natural area, located close to Montpellier, is home to one of the most famous vineyards in the Occitanie region and produces fine and elegant wines.
Héritage "An 560" Tautavel 2018
Located at the foot of the Pyrenees, surrounded by steep cliffs, Tautavel is a historic site where our ancestors already lived more than 650,000 years ago. Sheltered by a natural amphitheatre of clay, limestone and schist, this vineyard produces a full-bodied and distinguished wine expressing the raw power of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
Héritage "An 1618" Picpoul de Pinet 2019
Benefiting from the marine influences of the Mediterranean, the Picpoul de Pinet vineyard is recognised as one of the most reputable in the Languedoc. Located on the coastline of the Gulf of Lion, this limestone terroir produces a fresh and dry wine that pairs wonderfully with seafood in particular.
A true invitation to travel for lovers of Languedoc-Roussillon, this gift box of 3 bottles of red wine takes you on a journey of discovery through the region's characteristic appellations: IGP Cité de Carcassonne, AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel and AOP Languedoc.

Where can I find a list of the historical ‘An’ years that appear on GB bottles?
