This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre Méditerranéen. The soil, highly varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils, and also gravel brought by the rivers of the Languedoc. The climate, warm and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant"), promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while maintaining freshness thanks to altitude and the influence of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is unique with a rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the École Boulle. It is a wine that gives itself like a bouquet of roses!
