We suggest a recipe of grilled sea bass to complement this cuvée. 

Ingredients for this recipe:

- Sea bass (Mediterranean bar)

Recipe preparation:

  1. First, scale, gut and season the fish (salt, pepper, aromatic herbs). 
  2. Place them in a grill and set the grill over the embers of the barbecue.
  3. Avoid direct contact with the flame — the skin will be crispy rather than burnt.
  4. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side — the flesh will remain tender — then drizzle with garlic-infused olive oil. 
  5. You can also grill in the traditional way. The fish is seasoned and lightly oiled.
  6. Score the fish in a 10:10 pattern then finish cooking in the oven on a tray. Serve with a compound butter.
