Golfy competition: Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa

 

Rules

ARTICLE 1

SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015), with a share capital of €6,000,000.00, having its registered office at Route de Narbonne-Plage 11100 NARBONNE, is organising from 31 March 2022 to 2 April 2022 a free competition with no obligation to purchase, "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa".

 

ARTICLE 2

There will be only one entry per person and the prize at stake from 31 March 2022 to 2 April 2022 is as follows:

A stay for 2 people at Château l'Hospitalet + a visit to the Musée Narbo Via, with an overall prize value of between €1,800 and €2,000 including VAT, comprising 2 nights in a double room for 2 people with breakfast for 2, 1 lunch or dinner with food and wine pairings for 2 people at one of the Hospitalet restaurants, and a visit to the Musée Narbo Via for 2 people (transport not included).

 

ARTICLE 3

Participation must take place online at https://www.gerard-bertrand.com/pages/concours-golfy-gagnez-un-sejour-au-chateau-l-hospitalet-wine-resort-beach-spa by completing the relevant form with the participant's surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address and telephone number.

This competition with no obligation to purchase is open to any natural person aged over 18, with access to the internet and a valid email address, residing outside Italy. The competition is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions. The organising company may ask any participant to prove their age and, where appropriate, disqualify any participant unable to prove the required age. The mere act of participating in this competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with said rules results in the automatic cancellation of the entry and any award of prizes. The rules may be consulted on the website "gerard-bertrand.com". Participation in the competition implies that the winner expressly authorises the organising company to use their surname, first name and city of residence for any useful advertising purposes, regardless of the medium, without any other consideration than the awarding of their prize. Participation in this competition is open to all persons with the exception of staff of the organising companies, service providers and partners for this operation, as well as their families.

 

ARTICLE 4

Any incomplete entry will be deemed null and void and will not be taken into account, and winners will not be entitled to the prize at stake. In such a case, a new draw will be held. The prize described in article 2 cannot give rise to a cash equivalent, a replacement, or an exchange for any reason whatsoever. The competition is free to enter.

 

ARTICLE 5

This competition will result in the designation of a winner, under the supervision of SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX, to designate the winners of the competition entitled "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa". This will take place between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.

 

ARTICLE 6

In the event of force majeure or a health crisis, the organising company reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel this competition, to change the prize and replace it with another of equal value should circumstances so require. Winners will be notified by personal letter within 20 days of the closing date of the competition.

 

ARTICLE 7

Participants authorise the organising companies to use, in connection with any advertising operation linked to this competition, their surname, first name, title, postal address, email address, telephone number and photograph without restriction or reservation, and without this conferring upon them any right to remuneration or any benefit other than the awarding of the prize.

 

ARTICLE 8

In accordance with the law, every participant has the right to access, consult, rectify and delete their personal data, a right they may exercise by writing to the Data Protection Officer, SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND, Route de Narbonne Plage 11100 NARBONNE.

 

ARTICLE 9

Participation in the competition "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet" implies on the part of participants full and complete acceptance of these rules filed with SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX. The complete rules will be sent free of charge by email to any person who requests them by sending an email to the following address: contact@gerard-bertrand.com.

 

ARTICLE 10: Connection and use:

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, and the risks of contamination by viruses that may be circulating on the network. The organising company declines all liability in the event of misuse or an incident related to the use of a computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the Competition servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, and the submission of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

ARTICLE 11: Attribution of jurisdiction:

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the competent courts designated in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.

 

ARTICLE 12: Literary and artistic property rights

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements comprising this Competition are strictly prohibited. The trademarks mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
