Code Rouge is an ode to excellence and a tribute to the Premier Brut du Monde crafted by the Monks of the Abbey of Saint Hilaire near Limoux. A blanc de blancs made from Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac, it offers an exceptional expression of the high-altitude terroir where it was born, full of finesse and elegance. This Crémant carries all the hallmarks of Gérard Bertrand wines: the emblematic red colour of its bottle and the Alpha and Omega symbols, evoking the endlessly renewed cycle of nature that inspired its designation as Brut Éternel.
