Kosmos 888 pays tribute to the two celestial bodies at the heart of organic viticulture: the Sun and the Moon. Made from organically farmed vines aged 15 to 40 years, this cuvée embodies power, harmony and depth. Syrah provides structure, Grenache adds body and roundness, and Mourvèdre brings freshness and complexity, creating a balanced, elegant wine with an intensely Mediterranean character.

Winemaking

• Hand-harvested, with leaf removal before picking
• Meticulous sorting in the vineyard and winery
• Destemming, pressing and gentle maceration to preserve the fruit
• Each grape variety vinified separately
• Precise temperature control
• Malolactic fermentation completed
• Aged for 9 to 12 months in barrels, then racked when ageing is complete
