Biodynamics - Planetary Calendar

Biodynamics works to nourish the Earth, respect living things, the terroir and strengthen soil life and plant health. It is a balanced form of farming that builds on good agronomic practices used in organic agriculture by enlivening the soil with preparations based on medicinal plants. It uses solar, lunar and planetary rhythms.

This influence is favoured for our pump-over operations during fermentation phases.

This influence is chosen for racking our particularly open wines, as it helps them to tighten up and refocus.

Tasting

Root days give a more mineral and closed character, better suited to terroir wines.
