Wine description
Gris Blanc 2025 Magnum is an IGP Pays d'Oc rosé wine by Gérard Bertrand, blended from Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir. Sold in cases of six 150 cl magnums, it has a pale colour with grey hues, aromas of red berries and a slight spritz. 12.5% ABV; serve between 10 and 12 °C.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. Every stage of handling takes place under carbon dioxide to preserve the Grenache aromas until fermentation at a low temperature (15 to 18 °C). The wine is then aged on fine lees for several weeks before bottling.
Tasting notes
Very pale pink colour with grey and white hues. Aromas of red berries on the nose. On the palate, a slight spritz brings freshness and enhances the fruit. The finish is fresh and mineral.
