Wine description
- Issu de la parcelle de Chardonnay (500 m) exposée plein sud faisant face aux montagnes
- Le domaine est certifié depuis le millésime 2018 AB ( vin bio ) et DEMETER ( Agriculture biodynamique) .

Winemaking and ageing
The vines receive careful attention and frequent manual interventions (pruning, disbudding, leaf removal, thinning, manual selective harvesting), following environmentally responsible practices. The vineyard is trained on trellises to generate an optimal leaf surface area for grape ripening. The vines are planted at a relatively high density of 5,000 to 6,000 vines/ha, which allows for optimal control of vigour. The care given to the vineyard aims to obtain a healthy harvest at moderate yields, making it possible to draw out the quintessence of the grapes' qualitative potential. The harvest date is only triggered once the grapes have reached their optimal ripeness. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo low-pressure pneumatic pressing as whole bunches upon arrival at the winery. After a light static cold settling, the musts begin their alcoholic fermentation in tanks and are then quickly transferred at mid-fermentation into new barrels. Malolactic fermentations are carried out according to the characteristics of the vintage. Barrel ageing lasts 7 to 8 months (until the Spring equinox) with regular lees stirring. After a light fining, the wine is bottled unfiltered. The wine is aged in bottle for several months before release.

which develops with aeration.
Its fruity aromas (pineapple, vine peach,
apricot, almond) and floral notes (white flowers),
coupled with toasted notes in its youth,
will delight you with their complexity and subtlety.

Even though all orders are dispatched within 24h, it may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secured.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
