What are the delivery times and charges?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases. We then offer various delivery options: Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.

Wine description

Lightly sweet wine in keeping with the traditional vinification of Clairette in the Languedoc

This wine is an invitation to celebrate a vineyard two thousand years old, witness to a civilisation and a heritage of rare living beauty.

Winemaking and ageing

The harvest of this ancestral grape variety takes place in the morning between 5am and 8am in order to preserve freshness. The harvest runs from the beginning to the end of September by plot selection. The grapes are placed directly in the press and pressed under neutral gas to retain a beautiful aromatic freshness. Only the first juices are selected. Fermentation is stopped by cold, at a controlled temperature between 13°C and 15°C, to reach 12 grams of sugar.

Tasting note

Its elegance makes this cuvée a benchmark of the appellation. This wine dresses itself in an elegant straw-yellow colour adorned with green highlights that reflect its youth, a youth found again in the aromatic palette, centred on white-fleshed fruits (pear and peach) and plum. On the follow-through, the palate reveals itself fresh, elegant and harmonious.
