Bordering the coastline, the Château de l'Hospitalet overlooks the Mediterranean from around a hundred metres above. Benefiting from a semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant, the vineyard enjoys exceptional climatic conditions: the Mediterranean heat and sunshine are tempered by altitude, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly — the ideal condition for a beautiful aromatic expression of the wines and their tannins.

Limited to 15,000 bottles, it bears the work of Robert Combas, "le vin de nos paysages". In this painting by Robert Combas, setting and subject are one: nature, magnified by its insects, its flowers, its vine, merges into a renewed mythology, in the image of this painter's boundless creativity. Robert Combas tells us, through this Vin de nos paysages, that at the Domaine de l'Hospitalet the bottle matters as much as the intoxication, that the place where the grapes are harvested and the enchantment it brings are two sides of the same joy. The two dominant blues at the top and bottom of the painting plunge the feet of our three goddesses into the blue of the Mediterranean and project their eyes towards the azure of the sky: Robert Combas stretches our sensations and emotions between these two infinities.
