Wine description
Château la Sauvageonne is a legendary site. Its exceptional exposure, location and terroir give it a unique character.
Pica Broca means "peak branch" in Occitan, and refers to the selection of the finest plots on the estate: old Grenache vines harvested at full ripeness, with limited yields. Harvesting is triggered on the basis of ripeness checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins, and daily tasting of the berries as the harvest approaches.
Picking healthy, ripe grapes is the essential step in achieving a high level of quality.
The harvest is done by hand, and the grapes are brought to the winery in bins within the hour.
The grapes are sorted and then destemmed before being placed in temperature-controlled vats.
Each grape variety is vinified separately. The maceration period lasts 20 to 25 days.
At the end of winter, the wines are transferred into new 225-litre barrels for 12 to 16 months.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.

- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
