To be enjoyed at 10–12°C with pan-fried scallops,
sauced fish dishes, or as an aperitif.
Winemaking and ageing
Biodynamics places the energy of the soil at the heart of the process. Operations in the vineyard (pruning, ploughing, etc.) and in the cellar are governed by a calendar established according to two main celestial bodies: the moon and the sun. The vine is in balance with the soil and fully expresses our terroir in the wines. The hand-harvested grapes undergo pneumatic pressing as soon as they arrive at the winery. After alcoholic fermentation, 70% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 7 to 8 months with regular lees stirring until the Spring Equinox.
Tasting note
Golden yellow colour, brilliant and clear. Intense and
complex nose of ripe citrus fruits (grapefruit), white
peach, honey, dried fruit with a toasted note.
Full and silky palate, ripe and ample, with notes
of vanilla, grilled bread, butter and exotic fruits.
Beautiful length on the palate.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer various delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be processed upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
