Wine description

The estate is certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER ( Biodynamic agriculture) .
- One of the first and most important estates cultivated biodynamically in France

Best enjoyed at 10–12°C with pan-fried scallops,
fish in sauce, or as an aperitif.
Winemaking and ageing
Biodynamics places the energy of the soil at the heart of the process. Operations in the vineyard (pruning, ploughing, etc.) and in the winery are governed by a calendar established according to two principal celestial bodies: the moon and the sun. The vine is in balance with the soil and fully expresses our terroir in the wines. The hand-harvested grapes are pneumatically pressed upon arrival at the winery. After alcoholic fermentation, 70% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 7 to 8 months with regular lees stirring until the Spring equinox.
Tasting note
Golden yellow, brilliant and clear robe. Intense and
complex nose of ripe citrus fruits (grapefruit), white
peach, honey, dried fruit with a toasted note.
Full and silky palate, ripe and ample with notes
of vanilla, toast, butter and exotic fruits.
Beautiful length on the palate.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
