Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Description du vin

This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the art de vivre Méditerranéen. The soil, highly varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers of the Languedoc. The climate, warm and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant") promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while retaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures. Its bottle features a unique rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the École Boulle. It is a wine that gives itself like a bouquet of roses!

Best enjoyed between 15 and 16°C with roasted or grilled meats, chicken tagine or aged cheeses.

Vinification et élevage

The grapes are harvested at the end of September at perfect maturity. The yield is controlled to achieve a beautiful concentration and elegant tannins. The berries are separated from the stems by destemming before being placed in vats for a maceration of 10 to 15 days. The gentle extraction of polyphenols is carried out by punching down and pumping over, guided by daily tasting. The wine is partially aged in 225-litre barrels for a few months to bring aromatic complexity while respecting the fruit and elegance of this grape variety.

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the highest-altitude and coolest vineyards in the region. It offers notes of fresh fruit: morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, capable of producing red wines of exceptional finesse. It yields wines that are rather round and fruity, best enjoyed young. On the palate it offers a velvety texture with a beautiful breadth, silky tannins and an elegant, well-balanced finish.
