Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Description du vin

One of the highest-altitude estates in Languedoc-Roussillon
A terroir (soil and climate) close to that of Burgundy
The estate has been cultivated using Demeter-certified biodynamic farming since the 2018 vintage.

Best enjoyed between 12–14°C with grilled red meats, roasted poultry, grilled or sauced fish, and aged cheeses.

Vinification et élevage

The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transported in small crates to the cellar. The berries are destemmed and sorted to remove all the vegetal parts of the bunch. A cold pre-fermentation maceration of 5 to 8 days is carried out with regular punch-downs. At the start of alcoholic fermentation, punch-downs are performed, then, gradually, in order to better control the extraction of aromas and tannins, they are replaced by pump-overs. Pressing is carried out delicately using a pneumatic press. Malolactic fermentation and ageing of 9 to 12 months take place in French oak barrels. Finally, the wines from the different barrels are blended after racking.

Ruby red robe with light copper highlights. Nose dominated by very intense aromas of small berry fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), intertwined with some toasted notes. Soft, fruity and finely spiced palate. Fine and silky tannins, exceptional structure. Long and fruity finish.
