Wine description
- The vineyards are located on the coastal terroirs of the South of France, between the warmth of the earth and the minerality of the sea, elevated by the expertise of our winemakers.
- It is a wine of contrasts, both light and shadow, Mediterranean sunshine and coastal freshness.

Best enjoyed at 10–12°C as a cocktail and can pair equally well with finger food, marinated fish or exotic dishes.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested early at the end of August due to their proximity to the Hérault coast. The harvest is carried out at night or very early in the morning in order to preserve the full freshness and integrity of the berries. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed immediately and delicately to encourage a very pale colour. The first free-run juices and press fractions are set aside so as to retain only the heart of the cuvée. After pressing, the musts are cold-settled statically for 48 to 72 hours to obtain a very clear must and encourage mineral expression. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at temperatures of 15 to 18°C to promote aromatic expression and freshness. The wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for several weeks before being bottled.
Tasting note
Very pale yellow colour with green highlights. Fresh and intense nose, fermentary aromas and citrus. Indulgent and balanced palate. Long and mineral finish.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer various delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be processed upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
