Winemaking and ageing
The unique blend of 4 red grape varieties (GRENACHE, CINSAULT, SYRAH, MOURVÈDRE) and one white grape variety (VIOGNIER) gives this rosé all its singularity.
A perfect balance, ample, with great length, carried by a beautiful freshness. As the winery is located at the heart of the vineyard, transport time is minimal. The best free-run juices are then selected. Cold pressing (5°C) preserves the aromas and freshness and avoids colouring of the juice by blocking the natural pigments (anthocyanins). Before fermentation at low temperature, a 24-hour settling at a controlled temperature between 8 and 10°C is carried out without the addition of sulphur. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels (oak from the Tronçais and Jupilles forests) for 6 to 8 months on fine lees with batonnage. The wines are blended on a fruit day, according to the biodynamic astral calendar, favourable for tasting
Tasting note
Clos du Temple is a very pale and sparkling rosé. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruits (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose and spiced aromas of green pepper. On the palate, the same scents are found, complemented by a delicate finish of blonde tobacco. This wine is capable of ageing for many years.

Even though all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the moment of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the moment of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the moment of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the moment of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secured.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
