grilled fish.
Winemaking and ageing
The different grape varieties are harvested separately at optimal ripeness for each one. The grapes are destemmed, chilled to 8°C and sent to the press to extract the rosé must. Particular attention is paid to the pressing so as to retain only the finest first-run juices. The juices are then settled to a greater or lesser degree depending on the desired aromatic profile. Fermentations last between 15 and more than 30 days depending on the degree of clarification and the temperature applied. The distinctive feature of these vinifications lies in the attention paid to the colour and aromatic purity of the wines. A portion of the wines are aged in barrels. Finally, after a light fining, bottling takes place fairly early in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases.

- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
