What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases. We offer the following delivery options: Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.

Wine description

Gérard Bertrand reveals the story of the great terroirs of the South of France.
1130 pays tribute to the first fortification of the city of Carcassonne, a medieval jewel listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The vineyard benefits from oceanic influences that bring a beautiful freshness to the wine, as well as Mediterranean influences that provide ripeness and beautiful fruity aromas.

Winemaking and ageing

Harvesting takes place when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. The grapes are destemmed upon arrival at the winery and then vinified in the traditional manner. Daily pump-overs allow for gentle extraction. Vatting lasts around twenty days with precise temperature control. After pressing, the wine rests in vats for malolactic fermentation before being aged in barrels.

Tasting note

The robe is a beautiful deep purple red. The nose reveals a generous and complex bouquet of blackberry jam and sweet mentholated spices. The palate is rich and fresh, offering beautiful flavours of dark fruits and spices with a long finish.
