Wine description
The year 1650 marks the height of the maritime wine trade initiated by the Greeks, who from antiquity made the port of Narbonne, sheltered by the island of the Massif de la Clape, a centre of excellence for vine cultivation.

poultry or creamy cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
Slow ripening and late harvesting (from late September to mid-October) are the secrets to obtaining ripe, healthy and concentrated grapes. This also promotes the extraction of colour and aromas during the fermentation and maceration phases.
The grapes are harvested by hand and brought to the cellar in harvest bins. The grapes are destemmed, then placed in stainless steel tanks for macerations of around 20 to 25 days. The wines are then racked and placed in barrels for a period of 8 months.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer various delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be processed upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
