Wine description
The year 1650 marks the height of the maritime wine trade initiated by the Greeks who, since antiquity, made the port of Narbonne, sheltered by the island of the Clape massif, a great centre of vine cultivation.

poultry or creamy cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
Slow maturation and late harvesting (from late September to mid-October) are the secrets to obtaining ripe, healthy and concentrated grapes. This also promotes the extraction of colour and aromas during the fermentation and maceration phases.
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in harvest bins. The grapes are destemmed, then placed in stainless steel vats for macerations of around 20 to 25 days. The wines are then racked and placed in barrels for a period of 8 months.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
