Wine description
The earliest traces of the Occitan language date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La Passion de Clermont". It subsequently became an Occitan language, of European culture, carried by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness in order to express the optimal potential of the variety. A meticulous sorting of the harvest is carried out at picking and upon reception of the grapes. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before being placed in vats. Macerations last between 12 and 20 days before pressing. The distinctive feature of this variety lies in the need to carry out frequent and vigorous aeration during fermentation in order to channel the power of its tannins. Temperatures are carefully controlled and precisely managed to encourage the expression of the varietal aromas of the cabernet and to extract a dense and silky tannic structure. A portion of the wines is then barrelled into French oak barrels. Finally, after a light fining and bottling, this wine is kept for several months before being released for sale.
Tasting note
Notes of blackcurrant and dark fruits with a hint of chocolate and mocha emerge. On the palate, the wine is concentrated with powerful, well-integrated tannins. This wine is flavoursome and complex with spicy notes and a beautiful freshness on the finish.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
