The la grande bleue cuvée embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where the generous sunshine and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir.

This organic white wine showcases emblematic grape varieties from the south of France, offering lovely freshness and an aromatic palette centred on fruit.

This wine pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, and summer salads. It also goes very well with light Mediterranean dishes such as vegetable tian with fresh cheeses.

The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately to express its own characteristics before being blended. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the full aromatic intensity of the fruits and flowers. No barrel ageing is carried out, so as to promote the freshness and purity of the fruit.

The colour is pale yellow with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive and develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) as well as citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) complemented by delicate floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). The viognier brings a subtle exotic note to this blend. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.
