Wine description
Le Chouchou meets new consumption trends: a tender, light and fresh red wine. It is the ideal alternative that breaks the codes of red wine consumption: a low alcohol content, a serving temperature as fresh as its aromas, and notes that radiate on the palate evoking a basket of fresh fruit. The grapes for this indulgent cuvée come from the high-altitude terroirs of the Cévennes, where the vineyards create exceptional landscapes. Le Chouchou is the ideal companion for all your convivial moments.

Winemaking and ageing
Harvested in the early morning at low temperatures. The grapes are placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 3 to 5 days, followed by draining and completion of fermentation at 20°C. As soon as malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is clarified for a 3-month ageing period in tank.
Tasting note
This cuvée seduces with its tenderness and silky texture. The colour is ruby with beautiful highlights. The nose reveals subtle aromas of ripe red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, flavours of strawberries and cherries blend with a touch of Syrah spice, with soft, well-integrated tannins.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
