Wine description
Les Égarés are the forgotten vines, the minority ones, the off-piste ones. This cuvée embodies a desire for freedom: to free rare grape varieties from obscurity, to reveal their brilliance, their energy. This numbered micro-cuvée of fewer than 1,000 bottles is named 'Les Égarés', a symbol of the act of gathering, as it is not a single plot but isolated vine stocks among the century-old Carignan Rouge vines.
With Carignan Blanc, we give voice again to an unknown, confidential, yet vibrantly authentic grape variety.

Winemaking and ageing
White Carignan, characterised by berries with white-coloured skin, is distinguished notably by the imposing size of its clusters, which are generally more voluminous than average.
The harvest takes place very late in the season, which allows optimal ripeness to be achieved. The grapes are harvested by hand in order to preserve the integrity of the clusters. Once harvested, the grapes are cold-soaked for 24 hours, which promotes better aromatic extraction. They are then pressed as whole clusters, without prior destemming. The wine is aged in barrels for a period of 8 to 10 months, with regular lees stirring to keep the lees in suspension and to add richness and complexity to the wine.
Tasting note
The Carignan Blanc expresses itself with freshness and a beautiful minerality. Its aromas elegantly blend yellow fruits, vanilla, white flowers and a delicate touch of brown sugar. This rare grape variety seduces with its complexity and its balance between aromatic richness and tension.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
