Wine description
- The 3-hectare Hospitalitas plot situated at the heart of the vineyard at the foot of a 30-metre cliff that protects it from the North wind, facing the sea
- The exceptional character of this cuvée comes from the fact that the plot sits on the two terroirs that make up our vineyard (limestone and marl)
- Intense aromas of violet, ripe fruit and some toasted notes. A smooth and captivating attack, full-bodied, with silky tannins, great power and a beautiful length

Winemaking and ageing
The Hospitalitas plot housed a shelter for pilgrims during the Middle Ages, protected from the wind and the rays of the summer sun by a cliff that is also a contact zone between two terroirs of white limestone and red marl soils. The building that served as a refuge is no longer there, but the vines today benefit from the magical hollow, and the plot illustrates all the better the motto "sine vino, vana Hospitalitas".
The protection that the cliff affords the vines makes Hospitalitas, bordered by a truffle grove, a mulberry field and an olive grove, a true jewel case for Syrah in all its majesty. It expresses itself here differently from anywhere else, with accents of pepper and small black fruits, an extra freshness within an entirely Mediterranean expression. Between history and culture, Hospitalitas embodies everything that elevates the art de vivre of southern wines.
Tasting note
With an intense deep purple colour with
red highlights, its explosive nose reveals aromas
of violet, ripe fruits, with some toasted notes.
With a smooth and captivating attack, the very
full palate develops on silky tannins, with great
power and a beautiful length. The sweetness and
phenolic structure lend a remarkable structure
to this cuvée, which is well suited for ageing.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
