Prima Nature is a range of organic wines without added sulphites that offers particularly pure, generous and indulgent aromas. Each cuvée, whose composition is reduced to the essentials, expresses the character and taste of the fruit and the terroir. This wine was born from the expertise of Gérard Bertrand and his oenologists, who possess a unique knowledge of winemaking without sulphites. The wines are grown according to organic standards, which requires grapes of the highest quality. Prima Nature is also a vegan range for consumers who care about animal welfare. Intense and fruity, Prima Nature will provide you with a unique experience of the grape variety while respecting the environment.

Vinification et élevage
The work begins in the vineyard with a precise and meticulous selection of the plots best suited to producing this type of wine (90% of the final result stems from this precision work): the sanitary condition must be perfect, the foliage must be healthy, fresh and dense, and the grapes must have an optimal level of ripeness. Indeed, the harvesting window is very narrow, as the acid/sugar balance is paramount for this category of wine. The winemaking process is highly complex given that we use neither sulphur nor oenological inputs. The grapes are immediately pressed and cold-settled in order to promote the natural stabilisation of oxidisable compounds in the must through precipitation. The alcoholic fermentation then proceeds rapidly and takes place under a neutralised atmosphere. Fermentation temperatures are regulated at 18°C. The wine is clarified by racking before malolactic fermentation, then racked again and kept cold. Bottling takes place fairly early in the year to preserve the aromatic expression. Ageing takes place in bottle.

Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier.
La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
Nous acceptons les cartes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ainsi que les paiements via PayPal, Apple Pay et Google Pay. Les transactions sont entièrement sécurisées.
Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
