So'Vive pairs perfectly with fruity desserts, exotic salads or lightly spiced dishes such as Asian cuisine. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, to fully appreciate its freshness and softness. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C, to fully enjoy its aromatic freshness.

The harvest is carried out at full maturity for each grape variety, in order to capture the optimal aromatic expression. After gentle pressing, fermentation is partially stopped to maintain a balance between freshness and natural sweetness. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, which allows a vibrant and refreshing acidity to be preserved.

The colour is clear with silver highlights. The nose is very expressive, dominated by aromas of exotic fruits, white peach, and orange blossom, typical of Muscat. The Sauvignon brings touches of citrus and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and light, with a lovely roundness due to the residual sugar. The fruity notes burst on the palate with a sweet and refreshing finish. The balance between acidity and sweetness offers a beautiful length.
