- Deep sediments of the Aussou, slightly calcareous sandstone (Campanian)
Tasting notes
Colour
Brilliant pale gold colour with green highlights
Nose
Complex bouquet of ripe fruit (peach, pear, candied citrus), white flowers, honey and toasted notes of vanilla and brioche
Palate
Full, silky on the palate, with a fine balance between richness and freshness and a long, harmonious finish with buttery and toasted nuances

Winemaking

- 70% of alcoholic fermentation in new barrels, 30% in stainless steel tanks
- Malolactic fermentation completed
- Aged for 7 to 8 months on fine lees, with bâtonnage until the spring equinox
