The Adissan vineyard, the historic birthplace of Clairette du Languedoc, stretches across sun-drenched hillsides where this grape variety reveals lively freshness and subtle aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. The clay-limestone soil and Mediterranean climate give the wine a natural elegance and crystalline purity that define the spirit of Heritage Year 77.
